Sauna ceremonies make traditional sauna an extraordinary experience. You will see a sauna performance that will give you an unforgetable experience and will warm your body even better.
What is a sauna ceremony?
It is a 10 to 15 minute performance in the sauna. An experienced sauna master, accompanied by music, pours water on the stove to increase humidity and temperature in the sauna. Essential oils are used and are 100% natural and carefully selected according to the type of ceremony. In addition, the sauna master stirs the air with a towel to better warm up the body.
Is it beneficial?
By increasing the moisture and stirring the air, the body warms up more deeply, used essential oils stimulate nervous system and their inhalation has a number of positive effects. It is also a different experience than "ordinary" sauna.
CEREMONY SCHEDULE
Ceremonies take place every day from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the Small and Large Dome.

These ceremonies allow you to enjoy uninterrupted relaxation and tranquility.
DYN – Dynamic
Focused on entertainment and relaxation at a livelier pace. Can you imagine a rock concert or epic soundtrack playing in a sauna? If not, come experience our dynamic ceremonies. Accompanied by upbeat music, light shows, and invigorating aromas, we deliver the ultimate sauna party relaxation experience.
HER – Herbal
A relaxing ceremony that introduces you to the art of using herbal elements in the sauna. It focuses on calming the mind, restoring strength, and replenishing positive energy. Enjoy a wonderful atmosphere with soothing music, soft lighting, and delicate, all-natural fragrances. The uniqueness of the Herbal ceremony lies in its use of herbs, freshly prepared infusions, various exotic scents, and traditional incense.
DIV – Theatrical
A unique fusion of theatre and sauna. This experience features costumes, props, and an engaging storyline that draws you in from the opening scene to the dramatic finale. The sauna master transforms into an actor, and the sauna becomes an improvised stage where stories inspired by history, fairy tales, or modern themes come to life. TEM – Themed
A ceremony built around a specific theme, combining carefully selected music, fragrances, and atmosphere. The sauna master skillfully connects these elements to create a distinctive sensory experience. Unlike a theatrical ceremony, there is no traditional storyline—the focus is on mood, aesthetics, and the overall experience.
SOL – Salt Ritual
A sauna ceremony combined with the beneficial effects of salt. The inhalation of microscopic salt particles deeply benefits the respiratory system, skin, and overall vitality while supporting the regeneration of both body and mind. Experience the atmosphere of a seaside climate and treat yourself to a moment of deep relaxation.
MOD – Modern Classic
Discover a sauna ceremony that combines traditional sauna bathing with a deeper, more contemporary interpretation of fundamental towel-waving techniques. The sauna master focuses on the even circulation of heat and fragrances while synchronizing towel movements with carefully selected music. The result is a harmonious experience that engages all the senses.
FREE – Freestyle Ceremony
A ceremony in which, in addition to the classic circulation of heat, the sauna master demonstrates more advanced towel-waving techniques. Alongside intense heat and carefully chosen fragrances, you can look forward to dynamic towel tricks and performances rarely seen during standard ceremonies.
Sauna Master’s Choice
