Variations
You can buy unlimited entry to the wellness (12:00 day of arrival - 14:00 day of departure).
Stay packages with a stay of 1 night can be booked on Sun-Thu. Cannot be booked on public holidays.
Fees
Upon check-in or check-out, the guest is required to pay the following fees at the hotel reception, which are not included in the price of accommodation and stay packages: recreational and city tax of 20 CZK / person / night.
If we receive a confirmation from the doctor about a sudden illness, we will change the reservation to another date free of charge.
Cancellation
The reservation can be canceled free of charge 3 days before the scheduled arrival. Unfortunately, in case of later change of date, cancellation or no-show, we are forced to charge 100% of the price of accommodation and half board (if it is part of your stay).
If we receive a confirmation from the doctor about a sudden illness, we will change the reservation to another date free of charge.
