What are the chip wristbands I receive upon arrival used for?

Upon arrival, you will receive an automatic chip wristband that serves as your key to the wellness area. It allows you to conveniently enter and exit the wellness zone without waiting. You can use the wristband to lock your locker and safe, and all consumption at the fresh bars is charged directly to it. The wristband also enables you to check your current balance at the information displays located within the wellness area.

How do I move around and use the wellness area with the chip wristbands?

Before the wellness reception, you will find a laundry dispenser. The box with towels and sheets will open after you tap your wristband on the reader located between the boxes. By tapping your wristband on the turnstile reader, you can enter the wellness area. If you wish to use a locker or safe for your valuables or store your room key card, simply hold your wristband against the closed door. Any consumption and services will be automatically charged to your wristband. You can check your current balance at the service readers or at the Self-​Service Checkout. When leaving, simply tap your wristband at the turnstile again and exit.

Can I stay in the wellness area after check-​out if I have unlimited access? How does it work?

Yes. If you have unlimited wellness access on the day of departure, it remains valid until 2:00 PM. After checking out at the hotel reception, you keep your wristband and use it to enter the wellness area through the turnstile. Before leaving, settle your account at the reception or at the Self-​Service Checkout, and then insert the wristband into the turnstile collector.

What should I take with me to the wellness area?

Take your chip wristband, bathrobe, and slippers from the room. You can pick up a towel and sheet from the laundry dispenser before entering the wellness area or directly at the wellness reception. If you plan to visit the thermal pool, don’t forget your swimsuit.

Why should I bring a swimsuit?

You will need a swimsuit in our thermal pool, which is part of the swimwear zone, or if you wish to sunbathe in our sunny garden. The sauna area with the cooling pond is a no-​swimsuit zone, so you won’t need a swimsuit there.

I have a massage booked – where and when should I arrive?

The massage rooms are located directly inside the wellness area.
After passing through the turnstile, take the first door on the right and go upstairs. On the right-​hand side, you will find the waiting area for the massage rooms. Please be ready at least 5 minutes before your appointment, already showered and wearing a bathrobe or sheet. If you’re unsure where to go, feel free to ask at the reception — our wellness staff will be happy to guide you to the massage rooms.

I’m visiting the wellness area and having a massage. How does it work?

If your massage takes place during your wellness visit, you are free to arrange your time however you prefer. The time spent on the massage is not counted toward your total time spent in the wellness area.

What is the difference between unlimited wellness access and single-​entry passes for 120/​180/​240 minutes or a full-​day pass?

A 120/​180/​240-​minute or full-​day entry cannot be paused or split, as it is a single-​use pass. The time begins once you pass through the turnstile.
Unlimited access is available only to hotel guests and allows repeated entry during its validity period (e.g., for a one-​night stay, it is valid from 12:00 on the first day until 14:00 on the following day).

I have a prepaid single-​entry wellness pass, but I would like to stay in the wellness area longer. Is that possible?

Can I use an Infinit gift voucher?

If you have a gift voucher with the Infinit logo, it is best to redeem it when booking your stay, exclusively through Infinit Stays. If you forgot to use the voucher this way or if your stay was booked through Hotel Sen, you can use it to pay for additional services beyond your stay at the end of your visit. If you have an Infinit value gift voucher, you can use it to top up credit on your Infinit card. When settling your final wellness bill at the hotel reception, you can use your Infinit wristband or your physical Infinit card. You can create or top up your Infinit card at the wellness reception. You can find the benefits and terms related to the Infinit card here. If you have a voucher for a specific service, please present it at the wellness reception at the time you wish to use the service stated on the voucher.

Is it possible to pay using employee benefit programs, and if so, what can be paid with them?

FKSP can be applied when prepaying your stay with services, and only when the reservation is made through Infinit pobyty – pobyty@infinit.cz.

You can also create an Infinit Card and top it up using specific employee benefit programs.
